Mysterious Witch & Moonlight Cards
The Mysterious Witch is the gateway to Moonlit Elegy’s card system. Affection rewards feed Moonlight Divination, the Collection tracks your cards and set bonuses, and Moonlight Blessing lets you assign useful cards to individual formations or the global row.
A card sitting in inventory is not the same as an equipped blessing.
Collection progress and equipped-card bonuses are separate systems. Check both. When a new Blessing slot unlocks, it provides no formation benefit until you actually place a card into it.
How the Witch feeds the card system

Match the Bonus to the Troops
Troop-type cards only help when they match the troops in that formation.
A practical order for random and selectable rewards

Build each formation for what it actually uses.
Do not copy one completed orange-card screenshot blindly. Use the best cards you own, match troop-specific bonuses to the formation, and reserve broadly useful effects for global slots when that produces more total value.
Moonlight Blessing is seasonal, so do not value every card above permanent progression.
When Moon Tokens can buy both temporary card progress and permanent account materials, consider how much season remains and what the purchase still accomplishes after Moonlit Elegy ends.
