Official Rules
Statewide standards for peace, protection, conduct, and accountability.
No Zeroing
Zeroing players within State 683 is prohibited. The only permitted grounds for an exception are racism, sexism, harassment, or other serious abusive behavior, subject to state leadership review.
State Ruler (SVS) Peace
During State Ruler, attacking allied HQs within 683 is prohibited. The only exceptions are unallied HQs, alliances refusing to participate in state events, and confirmed rule violators.
This protection applies ONLY during SVS.
Weekend Peace
Saturday and Sunday are statewide peace days. Attacking allied HQs within 683 is prohibited. Outside of SVS and weekend peace, normal weekday farming is permitted, subject to all other state rules.
Protect State 683 Resources
Attacking or plundering 683-owned bounty missions, trade trucks, resource tiles, or other identifiable 683-controlled resources is prohibited at all times.
Protected State Farm — 683F
The alliance 683F is protected statewide at all times. Attacks against its members require explicit permission from the account owner(s). No other farm alliance receives automatic statewide protection.

Respect & Good Faith
Harassment, discrimination, and abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. All players are expected to treat one another with respect and act in good faith.
Spirit & Letter of the Rules
All rules must be followed in both spirit and letter. Searching for loopholes, exploiting technicalities, or deliberately circumventing the intent of a rule is prohibited. No self-declared exceptions or special privileges are permitted beyond those explicitly stated in these rules.
Mistakes vs. Intentional Violations
Genuine mistakes will not automatically be treated as intentional rule violations. However, repeated incidents, negligence, or a pattern of claiming "accidents" to justify prohibited behavior may be treated as deliberate violations.
Accountability
These standards apply equally to all players and alliances, regardless of rank, strength, or affiliation. Violations will be reviewed based on available evidence, circumstances, and patterns of behavior.
